When the Urn spawns#
The first Soul Urn spawns on York at 10:00 and lands about 12.5 seconds later. Later Urns alternate sides of the map.

Picking it up and delivering it#
- A carrier must bring the Urn to the delivery point on the opposite side within a time limit.
- Carrying it stops you using ziplines, teleporters, tunnel vents and some abilities. Mirage’s Traveler, for example, drops it.
- Melee damage or a stun makes the carrier drop the Urn.
- If it isn’t delivered in time, it disappears with no reward. If nobody picks it up, it eventually walks to its destination on its own.
Rewards#
Delivery pays a large haunted-soul reward that scales with game time (the enemy can deny some of the orbs) and grants four random permanent stat buffs. The trailing team gets extra comeback souls from it.
Contesting the Urn#
- Escort your carrier with your team — a lone carrier is easy to melee off it.
- When defending, stuns and melee are your best tools to force a drop.
- Don’t throw a winning game over one Urn: if you’re ahead, trading it for an objective can be the better deal.
