Summary#
Simlocks is an information site. We don’t sell anything, show ads or use tracking cookies. This page explains what data is still involved when you visit, and your rights. Last updated 27 Oct 2026.
What we collect#
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept only as long as the host needs them.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.
- Nothing from the game. We never ask for your Steam login and don’t read your matches, stats or game files. We don’t collect payment details.
Third parties#
- Google Fonts: our fonts load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when they serve them.
- Hosting provider: serves the pages and keeps the logs described above.
- Links: we link to other sites (such as Steam and deadlock.wiki). Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Your rights#
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To make a request, email business@simlocks.info.
Children#
This site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes#
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
