Rules and format#
- 4v4, fast and combat-focused, played as a best of five: the first team to win three rounds wins.
- You win a round by destroying the enemy Guardian.
- Rounds last 3 minutes, then go to overtime; “urgent” overtime starts at 4.5 minutes.
- After a team wins two rounds, the losing team’s Guardian is removed and their last objective becomes a Walker.
- No neutral camps spawn, troopers don’t drop souls, base healing is twice as fast, and you can’t pause.
- Street Brawl doesn’t affect your standard matchmaking rating.
The item draft#
- Each round you get 50 seconds to choose from three sets of three items.
- You can reroll one set per round. Queuing with the random-hero option gives an extra reroll in each of the first three rounds.
- Item tiers rise as the match goes on, and boons and ability points increase each round (boons go from 10 in round 1 to 34 by round 5).
- Objective health also scales up each round, and the losing team’s defending objective gets bonus health.

Legendary items#
There are 17 legendary items that exist only in Street Brawl — 3 weapon, 7 vitality and 7 spirit — and they can appear from round 4. Items can also show up in enhanced versions with better stats. See them all in the item list.
Tips for winning#
- Don’t farm troopers — they give no souls. Push waves only to pressure the Guardian.
- Draft for your hero, not the shiniest item. A spirit hero gets little from a gun legendary.
- Play around overtime: a round that drags favours the team with more sustain.
- Adapt each round. If the enemy heals a lot, a healing-reduction pick in the next draft can swing the match.
